Vineyard & Production

The grapes are hand-harvested from selected old-vine parcels situated between 500 and 700 metres above sea level in stony, iron-rich clay soils. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit undergoes cold maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration extends over several weeks to extract rich color and supple tannins. The wine then matures for eight months in a combination of French and American oak barrels to enhance textural richness and aromatic complexity prior to bottling.

In the glass, it presents an intense, deep cherry-red colour with vibrant purple hues. The nose is rich and complex, displaying vibrant aromas of ripe blackberries, red plum jam, and black cherries, seamlessly integrated with notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, toasted cedar, and a subtle mineral lift.
